Short taster of a report to start with, the rest will follow later..

am back in the office this morning after an epic weekend.

met tony, and jon meier, and a bunch of others...

saw pooky, ed, handpaper, jochen, steve gill..

    had chinese on saturday night
    PK on sunday night.

full day sunny weather on sunday.

two hours of lessons from Ron Simons

    a lot of fun.

Unfortunately though my driftbox was having a lot of trouble with signal drop out yesterday, so the graphs and stuff are all over the place, but I got a new fastest time for me..

I also had a fantastic drive back this morning, excuse the shit photo, difficult to hold a camera phone steady at 300km/h

    the CSL is uber epic.

7.36? :o Andy when was this lap - was this the one chasing me or me chasing you?

If not, what was the time there? Round it down to 9 minutes if you like

my last lap of the day.

I also chased the bluhm brothers in their matching CSLs for two laps.

They were quite suprised that I kept with them as they're running Bilstien PSS10 suspension... and mine is standard.

    Nice guys.

Edit: Checked my laps or the day... the laps with you steve which were in very heavy traffic, particularly up kesselchen were 8min15/8min26, but again with bad drop outs.. I need to move my GPS antenna I think.

Bloody well done then - your times are extra special considering your car is stock suspension and yours is heavier than mine :thumb:

Looking forward to more convoy laps, those 2 were fun :D

It was great spending time with Andy, Steve, Jochen and Ed + some other TF and VLN drivers. In light of your upcoming report Andy, I will simply add my bit.

I know the corners on the Ring after 100+ laps, but have not carried as much speed as I might. Ed is a fantastic instructor and took me from an 8/10s driver to nearly 10/10s at various places. Euphoric feel . . . especially on such a gorgeous day. I am back near New York City again and truly miss the Ring and you chaps. The weekend made for great memories.
