Three Sisters at Wigan 30th April £100 limited to 14 people

This is a Mission Motorsport fund raising trackday. We ran a pilot event to see what the circuit was like etc and it's bloody brilliant! I dusted off the 968 and it was hilarious

We'll do a walk of the circuit first and look at the various lines (if it's raining we'll drive and park up and point outthe hazards) instead of your usual sighting laps and ask people to build up your pace.

We'll have the place to ourselves including the cafe which will be open (it's pretty decent)

It's slightly different in that there won't be beneficiaries to take out on this day (they have something going on the following day) so it's literally ours for the day.

You can make payment via this page

    https://mydonate.bt.com/charities/missionmotorsport

    Any questions just ask folks

If the Golf is in one piece after the ring trackday I'll be up for this. Can't commit until after though

I’ve been chatting off stage with Stace & although my only runner is my untouched for 3 years ‘97 Escort gti I’ve suggested to R she might want to have a go here so we could be on too.

    Easy day out I guess.

There seems to be 2 layouts possible, which one is it going to be?

Also anyone found a decent incar? Matt and I have just skipped through half a dozen. Finding one with a decent camera, where the driver isn't completely useless would be a good find indeed

This is a sighting lap shot from Grant’s Mini. I’ve got some video from my dash cam, too.

Fitz has mentioned he may use it for his missus to get on track and have a go. It sort of got me thinking that actually it would be a quiet place for anyone wanting to bring someone for their first track session! The day is ours to shape

Hoping to make this if my car makes it through its maiden voyage on Saturday!

How many people are going so far? Any loose agenda for the day (briefing, break for lunch?). Ta

It's looking like 8ish of us so far. We'd like more please

Briefing will be done at nine with subsequent briefings for anyone arriving later.

We'll do a track walk to point out the dangerous bits and also discuss the best way to approach a circuit. This can take as little or as much time as people want. It's our day

Come on chaps - great little circuit, we'll have the place to ourselves tomorrow and the weather is going to be good.

Proper space for skids and learning and having a good time. Amazed that we are so light on people from Northloop?

Would love to be there unfortunately just leaving the current job and burned up holidays.
    Gutted can't be there.
