    Street triple or Tuono?

Second hand buy, will probably happen in the coming months when the right bike shows up.
I had an early rsv, so I am familiar with the rotax lump... Have never had anything to do with the 675 though. Would it be as/more fun than the big twin?
I am also 6ft1 and over 14st, the ape being a physically large bike is a good thing for me.

    Which one would you get?

i am not thinking of the V4, I could not afford it anyway...

plus the lump being that much more compact, I assume the bike will be a lot smaller.
Also the V4, whilst I am sure its a great engine will be much more complex. I am after the sensation of speed rather than real speed.

I used to fancy hyperbikes, now I realise my skillset on two wheels would make owning one a similar experience to fat ageing balding rich bloke going out with a youg hot girl...

Every bloke in the room will always think/know he would do a much better job riding it than I can.

it seems at the moment, 2800 gets a you an 09 in ok condition. I guess winter time will being that figure closer to 2500...

What about adding the three cyclinder speed triple to the mix?

I think you have exposed a flaw in my criteria ...

I love the speed triple- itís just screams at you to be a hooligan all the time.

Brilliant old man/ young girl analogy btw.

I recently got caught riding in a bus lane. My own fault- I thought all london boroughs had the same rules.

Saw a pic of myself on my Blackbird.

In my head Iím an athletic knight dressed in leather, champion of my steed.

What i saw in that photo was a fat man absorbing the bike like a giant marshmallow melting on top of a Cadburyís chocolate finger....

I doubt the tornado would be within the monetary constraints I have in mind here.
I tend to use and abuse, or ignore and abuse, my bikes.

I noticed my R1 had been stolen when I parked at the pub on my way back from France after a lengthy stay.

I know what you mean Nick. Have you still got the TL by the way?
