Thread: Northloop Xmas party 9th December

  1. #1

Cool Northloop Xmas party 9th December

So its that time of year again for some poor soul to arrange the Xmas do and for some bizarre reason I've volunteered again.

After the success of last year, we're going to go to the same venue again, Eastwood Hall in Nottinghamshire. It will be on Saturday 9th of December.

This will be £34.16 per person which includes
    · A sparkling cocktail on arrival
    · Three course meal (menu normally available in Nov)
    · Coffee and mince pies
    · Christmas novelties
    · Disco with DJ

This event will run from the 6:30pm drinks reception followed by dinner at 7:30pm with carriages at 1:00am.

Overnight accommodation on the night of the event is £72.00 per room (Single or double occupancy) with breakfast.

If you want to arrive at the hotel early you get full use of the gym and swimming pool/spa etc.

I've provisionally reserved places and rooms. Full payment is required before the end of September to reserve a space. I'll send the payment detail and the code to contact the hotel and book a room at the discount rate via pm if anyone is interested.

    List of people going:
    1/2 Jon & Anne (Paid)
    3/4 Ian & Jude (Paid)
    5/6 Nigel & Lou (Paid)
    7/8 Maddie & Darren (paid)
    9 Simon (paid)
    10/11 Floyd & MeJulie (paid)
    12/13 helen and steve (paid)
    14/15 Pinders +2 (paid)
    16/17 Iain and Rae (paid)
    18/19 James & Jo (paid)
    20 Gemma (paid)
    21/22 Jim & Jude (paid)

99% sure I won't be able to attend but many thanks for keeping this going year on year.

I'm more than likely going to be at a Christmas market somewhere in Europe. Which is nice, but isn't this.

Well done for organising though Jon, it is nice that things like this happen!
