Started to finish off season 7 of the walking dead - not to bad but not gripping

Man in the High castle - Took ages to get into it but love it now.

    Ray Donovan next

Finishing off Designated Survivor before starting this series of House of Cards. Apparently two series' set in the same place is confusing for a woman.

White Gold on BBC/Iplayer is excellent too...
Simon no longer owes me anything, Dave does though.
Floyd probably owes me at least twenty with the interest rolling up...

All BRILLIANT, feeling very spoilt with high-quality content from Netflix and Amazon Prime:

    * Masters of None series 2
    * Halt and Catch Fire series 1
    * Flaked series 2
    * Better Call Saul Series 3

I read the book ages ago so had an idea what to expect. Still bloody odd though.

Sense8 is interesting. Only seen 4 episodes, could be OK but I`m still undecided.

Some great stuff in here. Just finished Peaky Blinders (absolutely brilliant - great work from the beeb) and about to start S5 of House of Cards.

Not sure what else after though....

    El Chapo.

A bit like Narco. Enjoyed it a lot to start with, went off a bit towards the end. Still very much worth a watch.

Gave up on Orange is the New Black on the last season and Ray Donovan.

The Handmaidens Tale - the wife won't watch it because, well, all the wrong reasons really! I like it. it sums up what one possible future would be like if Trumps followers ruled America on everything.

    Is it really that controversial?

Suits Season 7 started yesterday. I would let Donna ruin me

GOT on Sunday I'm beyond excited about.

White Gold and Americans Gods have been particularly enjoyable.

Looking forward to Stranger Things S2, Last Chance U Season 2 and Narcos S3 when they drop.

Just finished watching Travellers, really enjoyed that.

If you like Cartoons/manga, also finished Tokyo Ghoul, first series is very good, later one is good, but not quite as good.

    Black Sails

Amazon Prime. Started it last week. Just starting Season 2 of 3.

20 yrs prior to Treasure Island. Think Pirates of the Carribean but with sex (inc lots of boobs and muff) and violence. Certainly not Disney, anyway.

    I'm enjoying it.

Season 2 it get's much darker. We fell out with it in Season 3 though but I think that was more down to us binge-watching Suits.

Seconded. You don't even need to like rap, really - Dre and Iovine are interesting characters and I tore through this series in a couple of days.

Been rewatching Justified, which is still excellent. Enjoyed Santa Clarita Diet S1 on Netflix, despite it not seeming like my kind of thing. Now trying to work my way through Billions S1 and have Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency waiting in the wings.

Handmaid's tale is good. 1st episode takes a bit to get through then picks up. Seriously dark.

I couldn't quite work out if Handmaid's Tale is what they think an ISIS version of life would be like, or if this is what the deep routed American male really wants?

So given all the hype around stranger things as the second series'ssssssssss came out I figured I'd give the 1st one a go to see what all the fuss is about.

Wouldn't normally consider myself someone that is into "horror/scare" genre but think this is really well done. Although TBH I think this probably qualifies as more suspense/thriller/sci-fi type of thing as opposed to horror (not that I'm an expert).

Properly hooked though and managed to get the wife into it too. Probably my favourite thing on Netflix - winner.

Lou and I started watching series 1 last week for the same reason.

Watched Episode 3 yesterday. It`s alright and I`ll watch the whole series but so far I`m not quite sure where all the hype came from

Each to their own, but I really like the characters, the amazing 1980's cult film references throughout and some superb acting from Ryder (and others). Oh and the suspenseful storyline.
