Punched myself in the face today, with punching hand wrapped around a 17mm spanner, that had slipped off an exhaust nut.

Saves some of you lot the job, I guess.

Obviously it was the last nut on the job.

Wife cannot use a battery charger for love nor money. Makes her life hell. I get the blame for whatever the resulting problem is.

Fwiw they are all like that mate. Bane of my life. If you get it perfect, give it a week and it'll be square one again.

    Mug cupboard.

Handles pointing back, and right. How difficult is that?
    Everyday in my house.

    Edited to add......

Teaspoons. We have a pot next to the kettle that, when full, has about 20 teaspoons in it. The kids will literally take another teaspoon from the pot each time over rinsing and re-using the one they used 10 mins earlier. I swear they would get to the last teaspoon and then start using the dessert spoons from the drawer if I didn't wash them up.

Too blooming right! Rest of this household can fill up a dishwasher with a few plates, bowls & mugs the way they put them in

Old Jaguars. Had to replace a couple of rear suspension upper wishbones on an xk8 today. I should have smelled a rat when they told me the local Jag specialist declined the job. 3 hours a side, and I still have four wheel alignment to do on Monday. Reminds me why I specialise in German cars...

Old concrete garage base to break up in my garden.

    Bloody 12" thick and reinforced! 4.5m x 4.5m

My hydraulic breaker barely touches it.

    Sigh!

Going to have to get someone in, hate loosing but 2 torn discs mean I can't do too much manual labour.

Getting someone in is a good call. I had to break up a non reinforced section of 10" thick 12ft x 8ft about 4 years ago and still suffer from "trigger finger" due to it.

    Use explosives.

    Or just get someone in.

I was charged nothing on the day, and will wait until the end of the month to see the hilarious/terrifying smoke-and-mirrors medical billing statements on my account.
Puzzlingly, my prescription cost me $0.64.

Parked in Amsterdam - above 5 hours but less then 24 is Ä20.

Paid after 5h 27min. Took a while to get kids into car and exit.

At exit Gate it said Ä2 extra. This was because it took >15mins to exit.

I argued but itís in the 2 A4 pages of Tís and Cís available on the website.
