Took the monster stereo out of the beemer and gave it to my boss for his nipper. Wired it up and found that we were missing a lead. Its the head unit to CD changer cable. Its one of those plug and socket affairs with 12 pins in it. My local auto factors rang Pioneer who say the part is no longer available.

Might see if my electrical boys can make something up although im not that confident......

any ideas?

Definately worth a look on the Bay.

Alternatively, I may have one in my garage.

Back in 2000 I had a Pioneer Head Unit and a Changer which broke. Cable might be somewhere.

Could you text me to remind me tonight and I'll have a look. :thumb:

As per text Gary, I don't think the one I have is what you need.

It's not got 12 pins anyway. :(
