hi,

just bought a fiesta rst as a project. going to be stripped, coilovered, caged, FIA seats, harnesses and about 220-230bhp.

to be honest, mainly my everyday car, but i want it raw.

anything in particular i should be looking at for occasional trackday use/trip to the 'ring?

any help appreciated

Decent brakes & suspension is a good start. Not sure how well these cope with the power upgrade reference reliability as i would like it to get me there & back without going bang hopefully :thumb:

The steel kahunas that I had as a single man are now in my wife's back pocket. They were relinquished as part of the marriage ceremony :D :D

i've managed to get through the wedding and retain my kahunas. forgot to mention brakes!

reliability wise, my engine will follow the spec of some of the 300+bhp 1600 cvhs around at the moment, but with reduced boost and rev limits. so a safe 220+ should be ok.

that's what i told the missus...
