He did too :thumb: And it is bloody fabulous :thumb:

Huge thanks to Dave for taking me out as a passenger for a session. Unfortunately I didn't get chance to go out in the afternoon, but it has certainly made me appreciate not just Oulton, which is now on my `tracks to do` list, but also how smooth a driver Dave is. NOBODY passed us and we passed loads of CSL`s, even passed one guy twice in a 20 minute session. B)

His car is so well setup, the corner speeds were a league above what I`d attempt / be able to achieve :thumb:

Why did you come home in the focus only? Is the M3 OK? Are you OK?

I like Oulton too :thumb: I think Dave is several seconds quicker than me at Bedford from recent reports so I know how well he can driver and how well the car must be set up. I'm not sure I want to have a passenger ride just in case I find out how good his car really is  It may be unachievable to reach the same level in my car :(

Did you time any laps ;)

Under 2 min for full track is good for a road legal car.(with track rubber)

:D

edited to add TD tyres. ;)

Cylinder number 2 decided not to bother doing anything at about 3.30. Doesn't seem to be an ignition problem, I think it must be fueling. Going to get the car on Friday and bring it back on a trailer.

Lap wise quickest was a 2:00:04, so 4 tenths from being under 2 mins. I've no idea about Oulton times to know how that compares.

That looks like some very tidy lapping! Nice.

I managed to get under 2 minutes round Oulton in a road legal car but I needed this to do it with. :shame:

This was going round yesterday, the supercharger Whine could be heard from the carpark as it went down the pit-straight :o

I just got round to watching the video too. Your car looks fantastic through the high speed stuff, very settled and confidence inspiring.

My best time at Oulton was a 1.54.7 on AO48's. What did the Atom do it in Bad roo??
